Delete your account

Ortama is developed by Parsius Bilişim. You can delete your account and data in two ways.

1. In the app (recommended)

Sign in to the Ortama app or at app.ortama.app.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
A 14-day cooling period starts; you can cancel by signing in again during that time. After that, the account is permanently deleted.

2. Request by e-mail

If you can’t access the app, e-mail us from the address registered to your account: hello@ortama.app

Send deletion request

We process requests within 14 days and let you know when it’s done.

Data that is deleted

Profile: name, photo, about, interests, area
Tables, applications and chat messages
Ratings, blocks, notifications and consent records
For business accounts: business profile, campaigns and subscription records

Data that is retained

Report and sanction records are kept anonymised for the legally required period; invoice records for as long as tax law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.
